Winter Fest “Brumous Fiesta” at Guru Nanak Institutions
Guru Nanak Institutions (GNIT & GNITC), Organized the eagerly awaited annual two day affair Winter fest ‘Brumous Fiesta’ on 24th and 25th of January 2019 in the open auditorium. This program was sponsored and supported by Guru Nanak Institutions.
This event provided a platform for Guru Nanak Institutions’ students to learn, interact and to develop leadership, team building skills and to have fun while they were at it. They got the opportunity to build and showcase their individual talents.
The Winter Fest began with the inaugural address of the Managing Director of Guru Nanak Institutions Dr. H. S. Saini, Dr. M. Ramalinga Reddy (Director-GNITC) and Dr. S. Sreenatha Reddy (Principal-GNIT) were also addressed the students.
Winter Fest was a wonderfully colorful and joyous affair showcasing the manifold talents of Guru Nanak Institutions’ students. To motivate the students and showcase their talents, Mr. & Ms. GNI, Mr. & Ms. Photogenic, Best traditional costumes, Singing Solo, Antakshari and dance solo and group competitions were held. Indoor and outdoor games were organized for boys and girls in Badminton, Table Tennis, Caroms, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Basketball and Throw ball. Many students participated enthusiastically. The fest was filled with fun and entertainment and there is something to suite all students with different competitions.
Prizes were distributed to all the winner and runner up students by the Managing Director of GNI, Director of GNITC and Principal of GNIT. First prize in Mr. GNI competition won by Mr. N. Bhanu Prakash of 1st Year B.Tech CSE Branch and Ms. GNI was won by Ms. Ankita, 3rd Year B.Tech, EEE branch. Solo Singing was won by Lalitha Priya of B.Tech 3rd Year ECE branch.
