Faculty Development Program on Cloud Computing
A “FDP on Cloud Computing” conducted on 1st December 2015 , organized by Department of Information Technology of GuruNanak Institutions Technical Campus(GNITC) , Ibrahimpatnam.
The session was started by addressing of Dr. B Veeranna, Director,GNITC and Dr. Rishi Sayal, Associate Director-III, GNITC. The resource person was Dr. Digambar Pawar, Bits Pilani, Hyderabad.

During the FDP Dr. Digambar Pawar explained Cloud Computing technologies includes computing , internet, cloud model, ubiquitous enabling training on-demand, storage solutions for enterprises and third party data centers along with live examples.
Total 65 staff from GNITC & GNIT of IT & CSE participated.
The objective of this FDP was to train faculties in Cloud Computing technologies to teach students effectively, So that the students can able to evaluate and assess the technical benefits of cloud computing and can effectively analyze the cloud applications utilization for various organizations.
The FDP was headed by Dr. Rishi Sayal, Associate Director-III, GNITC and Ms. Thayyaba Khatoon Md, HOD, IT-GNITC, with their team.
